University in the annexed Crimea will train personnel for Poroshenko’s adviser

Crimean Federal University (former Vernadsky Taurian National University) will prepare specialists for the “Crimean fruit company”, owned by Yuriy Kosyuk a Ukrainian oligarch and Adviser to the President of Ukraine.

After the annexation of Crimea, when Kosyuk was the Head of the Presidential Administration First Deputy, his Crimean companies were the first on the peninsula to get registration according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Pro-Rector of the University Vladimir Kuryanov said to the journalists in Simferopol about an agreement to train personnel for the Kosyuk’s company.

“Some days ago we met with representatives of the “Crimean fruit company” and discussed what kind of specialists we would be able to train. Now we have a framework agreement with this company,” said Kuryanov.

According to the Russian State Register of legal entities the “Crimean Fruit Company” was registered on September 19, 2014 in the village of Petrovka in Crimea, with registered capital of 54.328 million rubles.

The Ukrainian State registration of the company still remains in effect. 81.9% of its shares belong to the Cyprus Raftan Holding Limited. The head of the company and its authorized person is Yuriy Kosyuk. Anatoly Sichkar, which is also head of the “Crimean Fruit Company” in the Russian registry, is specified another authorized person.

As a reminder, on July 3, 2014 year Kosyuk was appointed the Head of the Presidential Administration First Deputy to supervise force structures. Poroshenko discharged Kosyuk from this post and appointed him to be his advisor in December 2014.
