Ukrainian was detained for “extremism” entering Crimea

A 34-year-old citizen of Ukraine was detained by Russian border guards on the administrative border of Crimea for “extremist reading matters”.

The Border Office of the FSB in Crimea reported that the man was crossing the border as a car passenger. Books “with extremist content” were found in his belongings. In addition, the passenger had a book published in 2011 and included in the list of literature prohibited in Russia.
