Ukraine wins back its oil depot in Crimea

The Arbitration Court of Sevastopol decided to return to the previous Ukrainian company an oil depot, confiscated by the Russian Government of the city after the annexation of Crimea.

It is stated in the decision, posted on the website of the Arbitration Court of Sevastopol.

“Declare the ownership of Stemv-Group, LLC (Ukraine, Chernovtsy) of the real property located at the address: 2, Neftyanaya Str., Sevastopol,” said the Court’s decision.

The document indicates that Stemv-Group has acquired the depot in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation in Sevastopol in 2013.

The Court decision will take legal effect in one month from the date of its adoption, if not appealed.
