In Crimea two Russian police officers participating in illegal searches and detentions of Muslims have been identified.
According to the “TerrorStop” Organization, the identity of Russian law enforcers was made possible with the help of the public.
Alexey Vasyukov, one of the identified, appears on the video of the search in the second minute. Vasiukov resides in the village of Dolinnoye of the Bakhchisaray area, although registered in the Novenkoye village of the same district. It is known that earlier Vasyukov served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and since 2008 had been Senior Inspector of the Bakhchisaray District Police Department. With the beginning of Russian invasion Vasyukov violated the oath and moved to the side of the occupier. He currently serves as a district police officer.
Ruslan Fursenko, the second identified enforcer, is Inspector of the Bakhchisaray District Police Department. That man is registered in the village of Samohvalovo of the Bakhchisaray area. The former Ukrainian militiaman violated the oath too and moved to the side of the occupier. He holds the position of Deputy Chief of the police for the public order protection and the rank of captain.
