Turkey will continue to cooperate with Russia without any revision of Ankara’s position on the conflicts in Ukraine and Georgia. This was stated by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.

“We support the territorial integrity of Ukraine and Georgia. We do not recognize the annexation of the lands of Ukraine,” said the Minister.

At the same time, Ankara will continue to cooperate with Moscow on the Syrian issue. “Turkey, like no other country in the region, is interested in stabile Syria,” said Çavuşoğlu. According to him, Turkey is doing its utmost to disseminate the truce throughout the territory of Syria.
