The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia announced detention of another Ukrainian “subversive and terrorist group” in Crimea.
“On November 9 the Federal Security Service detained members of subversive and terrorist group of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine in the city of Sevastopol, preparing to commit sabotage acts at sites of military and livelihood infrastructures of the Crimean peninsula,” said the FSB’s statement.
It is reported that the explosives, weapons, ammunition, special tools and maps of the alleged sabotage objects have been withdrawn.
The number of detainees was not reported, but later they said about three people.
As a reminder, the FSB already stated about a detention of “Ukrainian saboteurs” who had allegedly prepared attacks in Crimea in August. One of the appointed by the FSB organizers of the attacks was citizen of Ukraine Eugene Panov. The names of two other detainees were announced later. These were builder from Evpatoria (Crimea) Andrey Zahtej and Redvan Suleymanov.
