Chinese investors have plans to build houses for their elderly in Crimea. This was stated by the Chairman Deputy of the Black Sea Association on the International Cooperation Jan Epstein, dealing with foreign investors on the peninsula.
“We are invested by the Chinese as well as by the Czech Chamber of Commerce. On April 15 we talked about building some kind of nursing homes for the elderly here,” he said.
Epstein explained that Chinese can live in such homes as well as Russians too. “Nowadays there are more than 200 million persons over 70 years of age living in China. And many of them would like to go to another place. Our benefit is that we will be able to build the same homes for the elderly who have no family as the Chinese invest,” Epstein said.
