The Press Office of the Government of Sevastopol says that the authority has plans to take back the leasehold land given before the annexation of the peninsula by Russia in 2014.
“Almost all the land parcels had been leased until 2014. Unfortunately, it is ineffectively used or not used at all. So the Government of Sevastopol starts a pre-action work to terminate the lease arrangements for those land parcels which are not in use, to use them for investment projects,” said the Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Alexey Yeremeyev.
According to him, the limited land resource in the city is one of the main problems of business development.
