Businessmen from Sevastopol have posted an online video in which the Russian President Vladimir Putin is told about their disastrous state.
The reason for the video is the local authorities’ decision to reduce the number of points of sale in the city and put the remaining out to tender.
“After the referendum we have faced problems of small and medium businesses in Sevastopol, we are terribly oppressed and losing the last. We are already in a hysterical mood losing our working places and have to go to protest rallies. We invite you to us to support small and medium business as you say about all the time,” one of the videotape participants addressed to the Russian President.
