The annexed Crimea is shown on the map as the territory of the Russian Federation in a campaign video of the Russian opposition Party of People’s Freedom (Parnas), whose leader is former Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov.

The Russian media pays attention to that Kasyanov’s Party suddenly changed its position on the eve of the Congress, which must define the lists of candidates for elections to the State Duma. According to the published election program “Reboot the system”, now the party believes the peninsula part of Russia.

As next steps to restart relations with neighbours Kasyanov mentions the only implementation of the Minsk accords and Russia’s accidence in a broad anti-terrorist coalition.

“Integrated implementation of Minsk-2 with full Ukrainian control of the border, elections in parts of the Donetsk and the Lugansk regions according to the laws of Ukraine and international supervision under OSCE control,” declares the party’s program.

Earlier, Kasyanov repeatedly stated he would return Crimea to Ukraine if he took power.
