Russian enforcers searched residents in Bakhchisaray

This morning Russian security officials searched homes of Crimean Tatars – residents of Bakhchisaray (Crimea).

Activist Zaire Smedlyaev said that the house of Enver and Asan Serverovs, as well as the one of Enver Abduveliev situated on a nearby street had been searched. Computer equipment was seized as a result of the search.

Later, the activist added that the search had taken place within the “anti-terrorist measures” and on suspicion of involvement or support of the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar battalion.
