A large portion of vacationers and tourists in the annexed Crimea consists of officers of Russian power structures which are not allowed to go on holiday abroad.
This is stated in news of the Russian newspaper “Commersant”.
“Market participants agree that Crimea is okay for a while. First, a significant portion of tourists here consists of officers from security and secret services, which are recommended not to spend their vacations outside RF. Second, 75% of Russians, accustomed to travel in Turkey, have shifted to other destinations. However, tour operators repeatedly recognized that holidaymakers were deterred by the inflated prices and the low level of service in Crimea,” said the publication.
