Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has no knowledge of any plans for a meeting of Presidents Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin.

“The President has already said that he would be ready, if it is needed, for such a contact within the implementation of the Minsk Accords. But once again, a favourable background must be provided and the homework must be done for this,” told Peskov to journalists.

Answering the question about the last dialog between the Presidents, Peskov said that it had taken place prior to the so-called “sabotage in Crimea”. “There were no contacts after the sabotage in Crimea,” said Peskov.

As we have informed, the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia said about prevention of terrorist acts in Crimea, allegedly organized by the Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian force authorities consider the statement provocation and an element of the hybrid war against Ukraine.

  1. Vladimir Putin’s expression while shaking hands with Petro Poroshenko, leaves much to be desired. Ugh.
