Tonight, August 10, the Crimean occupation authorities have opened the Kalanchak border checkpoint, blocked several days ago.
Also Chaplynka and Chongar checkpoints are functioning as normal.
This was announced by the head of the Kherson regional administration Andriy Gordeev.
“All the checkpoints are opened by the occupation authorities. The pedestrian and vehicular traffic is as normal,” said Gordeev.
At the same time, the head of the Kherson regional administration asks Ukrainians to refrain from traveling to the occupied peninsula.
As a reminder, on the morning of August 7, Russian border guards stopped the pedestrian and vehicular traffic across the administrative border of the annexed Crimea. Later the traffic was partly renewed.
