Opinion: the wiretapping of Putin’s Adviser could be “leaked” to Ukraine from Russia

According to the Russian publicist and sociologist Igor Ejdman, the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office could get the records of telephone conversations of Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Sergey Glazyev from Russian officials. In particular, such an initiative could come from Assistant to the Russian President Vladislav Surkov.

“It is quite possible that the wiretapping of Zatulin and Glazyev was “leaked” to Ukrainians by Surkov. All the more so as the people, who have long seen in the attempts to whitewash him, now reveal other names of those minor participants, who took part in organization of the annexation of Crimea and the war in Ukraine. The goal is to shift the responsibility for these crimes from the main organizer Surkov to enthusiasts and performers. In fact, it is obvious that if offender №1 is Putin, then offender №2 is Surkov — Putin’s assistant in charge “for relations with Ukraine”, i.e. for the war and the annexation,” wrote Ejdman in Facebook.

As a reminder, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine published fragments of recordings of Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Sergey Glazyev’s telephone conversations, which showed his participation in organization of the secessionist acts in Crimea and other regions of Ukraine.
