One of the “Crimean saboteurs” went sick in jail

Defendant in the case of the so-called “Ukrainian saboteurs” in Crimea Dmytro Shtyblikov suffers from an acute exacerbation of his chronic disease.

This is reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group, citing the Crimean’s relatives.

Dmytro Shtyblikov’s wife Elena attended a session in the Court of Sevastopol and saw her husband on December 30, 2016. The Crimean told his wife that he suffered from an exacerbation of his kidney stone disease. His relatives provided him with the medicines required.

As a reminder, Dmytro Shtyblikov, Olexiy Bessarabov and Volodymyr Dudka’s detention in custody was prolonged till March 8, 2017.

As reported, Russia’s FSB declared the detention of a “subversive and terrorist group” of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine in Sevastopol on November 10, 2016. Later Russian media named the three detainees; they were analyst and former journalist Dmytro Shtyblikov, as well as Olexiy Bessarabov and Volodymyr Dudka.

Residents of Sebastopol Olexiy Stogniy and Hleb Shabliy were detained on the similar charges on November 15.
