Minister: The “energy bridge” to Crimea does not solve the problem of energy shortage

The Minister of Industrial Policy of Crimea Andrew Vasyuta believes that the third and fourth lines of the “energy bridge” from Russia do not completely solve the problem of power shortage for the industrial enterprises of Crimea.

At a press conference Vasyuta has noted that the industry will experience electricity shortages for one year and a half, until the power stations are built in Simferopol and Sevastopol.

“Nowadays many businesses receive electricity according to a schedule. Some ongoing processes production is suspended. Some companies are working using their own power generation. So we will suffer the shortages during a year and a half within this scenario of development,” resumed the official.
