Ukrainian Evgeny Panov, accused of preparing sabotage in Crimea, will complain about lawyers defended him on the peninsula. This was stated by Panov’s defender Dmitry Dinze in an interview to journalists.
“My client will complain about lawyers carried out his defense in Crimea,” said Dinze.
In his opinion, the lawyers acted unprofessionally.
Dinze also said that Panov had complained about tortures after his detention and filed a petition in this regard to law enforcements.
According to the lawyer, his client arrived as a taxi driver to Crimea. “He was hired as a driver, came to pick up a particular person and had been working in with this person for money for a few days,” said Dinze.
As it was reported, the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia said about the prevention of terrorist acts in Crimea, allegedly prepared by the Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in August.
The FSB also said about the supposedly “liquidation of an intelligence network of the Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine” and the detention of intelligence officer Evgeny Panov on the territory of Crimea.
