Crimeans have got about 53 thousand Ukrainian travel passports after the Russian annexation

Since 2014 Crimeans have received 52910 Ukrainian travel passports on the mainland Ukraine.

This was reported by the Press-Service of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

11239 passports were issued in 2014, 25091 in 2015 and 16580 in 2016.

Earlier, the European Union, the United States and other countries that do not recognize the Russian status of Crimea stated that Crimeans with Russian travel passports would not be allowed to. Visas will be granted only to those Ukrainian ones.
