This year, schoolchildren from Kerch (Crimea) worsen their knowledge of the Russian language.
This was announced at the Annual Conference for workers of education held in the city.
In 2015 the average mark for the Russian language was at 3.6 and in 2016 it fell to 3.5.
“Out of the 550 graduates of schools 17 pupils did not make the grade for the final composition and narration on the first try. The percentage of feeble works increased 1% compared with the previous school year. For the first time, there were no winners of the Regional Competitions for the Russian language,” Methodist Victoria Manko told at the Conference.
