Head of the Crimean Parliament Committee for the sanatorium-resort complex and tourism Alexei Chernyak said that a tourism delegation from Crimean was preparing to participate in a tourism fair in London.
“We are now preparing a group of representatives from Crimea, who will go to one of the most significant tourist exhibitions in the world to present the Russian Crimea in the UK in November,” said Chernyak.
According to him, the Crimean resorts are interested in establishing tourist arrivals from European countries. A road map is developing as a pilot project on arrival of organized groups of tourists from the UK.
As a reminder, the EU imposed sanctions on the annexed Crimea, which, inter alia, include a ban to import goods from Crimea and Sevastopol in the EU; to invest in Crimea or Sevastopol; to render tourist services in Crimea and Sevastopol; to export certain goods and technologies in Crimea.
